Summary: Because our reports are AI-generated digital products delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. Refunds are available within 48 hours for technical failures and duplicate purchases only.

1. Digital Product

Famine Prep reports are digital products generated on-demand by artificial intelligence. Each report is personalized to your inputs and delivered instantly in your browser, with the option to download. The product is considered "consumed" upon delivery.

2. General Policy

Due to the instant-delivery, digital nature of our product, all sales are final. We encourage you to review the free analysis before purchasing to ensure the product meets your expectations. The free tier provides a preview of the report style, level of detail, and personalization quality.

3. Refund Exceptions

We will issue a full refund within 48 hours of purchase in the following cases only:

Technical failure: The paid report failed to generate, was incomplete, or was blank due to a technical error on our end.
Duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the same report twice. We will refund the duplicate transaction.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for one of the reasons above, contact us at urbanroot.contact@gmail.com within 48 hours of your purchase. Please include:

Your order number or the email address used for purchase
A brief description of the issue (e.g., "report did not generate" or "duplicate charge")

Alternatively, you can reply directly to your purchase confirmation email from LemonSqueezy, or visit your LemonSqueezy order page to request a refund directly. Refunds are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days and returned to the original payment method.

5. License Key Deactivation

If a refund is issued, the associated license key will be deactivated. Any previously downloaded reports remain yours to keep.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

Requests made more than 48 hours after purchase
Dissatisfaction with the content, opinions, or recommendations in a successfully generated report
Reports that generated successfully but contained information the user disagrees with or finds unhelpful
Changes of mind after purchase

7. Refund Method

Refunds are processed through LemonSqueezy, our payment processor and merchant of record. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
